Questions about Pro and Stars

What are Telegram Stars? +

Stars are Telegram's own currency for digital goods in bots and Mini Apps. You buy them inside the Telegram app. On iPhone and Android, the purchase goes through Apple or Google in-app payments. Then you spend them in any bot.

Do I enter my card on this website? +

No. AddThisBot never takes payments for Pro. The Unlock buttons open the bot in Telegram. The bot sends a Stars invoice, and you pay inside Telegram.

Is Pro a one-time payment? +

Yes. Every price in the table is one-time: pay once, with no monthly fee. 8 bots also offer a monthly Stars plan; the table shows it under the one-time price. One exception: Join Approve offers chats with 500+ members 300 Stars per 30 days instead.

What does "per group" mean? +

One person, usually an admin, pays once in a private chat with the bot. Then every member of that group gets the Pro features in that group. Nobody else pays. Per-user Pro is for one person, in any chat.

How much is a Star in dollars? +

Telegram sets the price in your app store, and it changes with the pack size and country. We show "about" prices at about $0.02 per Star. ⭐ 150 is about $3. Check the exact price in Telegram before you buy.

Can I get a refund? +

Ask the bot first. Open the bot, send /help, and tell it what went wrong. The bot maker can refund Stars to your Telegram balance. Refunds for purchases inside bots are handled by the bot maker, not by Telegram support.

Do I need Pro? +

No. Every bot here has a free tier, so you can try it first. Pro removes limits or adds extras. Pro prices go from ⭐ 75 to ⭐ 150.
