What it does
What When Is It does
WhenIsItBot converts a time across every timezone represented in a Telegram group. Each member sets their zone once with /tz, and /when <time> in that group replies with a card showing that time converted for everyone who's set one, plus UTC. Run the same command in a DM with the bot and it shows just your own zone.
It also works inline — type the bot's username followed by a time (e.g. "3pm tomorrow") in any chat to get a one-off conversion without adding the bot to that chat, and daylight saving is always resolved live rather than hardcoded.

Privacy
What the bot stores
From the bot's own privacy notes.
Each member's saved timezone and preset zones are stored under their user id; named /team sets are stored per group for Pro.
No message content is stored — only zone names/offsets you explicitly save with /tz, /preset, or /team.
Daylight saving offsets are computed live via the JavaScript Intl API rather than stored, so they're never stale.
