What it does

What Anon Inbox does

AnonInboxProBot gives you a personal t.me link you can share anywhere. Anyone who opens it and sends a message reaches you inside the bot, and you do not see who wrote. The sender sees your name, because the link is yours.

You reply through the bot's Reply button and the bot delivers your answer to the sender, who sees your name on it. If a message gets abusive, Block silently stops that sender from reaching you again, and Pro adds sender hints so you have more context before you reply. Both free and Pro senders are capped at 1,000 characters per message and 20 messages per hour, to limit abuse.

You can also turn a message you received into a shareable public-answer card: your answer plus the question and your link, with no sender identity shown, ready to post to your story or a chat.

How it works

Anon Inbox in 5 steps

  1. 1

DM the bot /start (or /link) to get your personal anonymous-message link — a t.me URL that opens a chat with the bot pre-addressed to you.

  2. 2

Share the link anywhere: a story caption, a group chat, a bio. /story gives you ready-made caption text and /prompts rotates invitation lines to pair with it.

  3. 3

Anyone who opens the link writes their message in the bot; it arrives in your inbox with no sender identity shown. Senders are capped at 1,000 characters per message and 20 messages per hour.

  4. 4

Reply with the Reply button. The bot delivers your answer to the sender, and the sender sees your name on it. Free accounts get 10 private replies (quota counts replied-to messages received in the past 24 hours); Pro removes the cap and adds sender hints.

  5. 5

If a message is abusive, tap Block: that sender's future messages are silently dropped and they get no notice.

Privacy

What the bot stores

From the bot's own privacy notes.

  • Incoming anonymous messages are stored in a messages row (owner id, sender id, body) so you can read and reply to them.

  • A sessions row tracks that you're mid-conversation; link_opens counts visits to your link; blocks stores who you've silently blocked.

  • The sender's Telegram identity is never shown to the owner on the free tier; Pro adds limited hints, not the sender's full identity.

  • A public-answer card you build from a message shows your answer, the question, and your link — never the original sender's identity.

Compare

AnonInboxProBot vs. the alternatives

Telegram can hide your identity inside groups (admin-approved anonymous admins, or sending as a channel), but it gives strangers no way to reach you one-on-one: any @username links every message back to your account, and DMs show your real name. AnonInboxProBot is the missing half — a link people can open and write through without showing you who they are.

Burner accounts solve it badly: you need a second number or account, and recipients still see a real Telegram profile they can screenshot and share. An anonymous link has no profile to attach to, and the Block button cuts off an abusive sender instantly, with no confrontation and no trace.

The caps work in your favor, too: a sender is limited to 1,000 characters per message and 20 messages per hour, so your inbox can't be flooded, and the public-answer card feature lets you repost a question and your answer publicly without ever exposing who asked.

FAQ

Questions about Anon Inbox

Can I find out who sent me a message?

You never see the sender's name, username or account id. You can get a hint: the first letter of the sender's name, whether the sender has a username, the send time, and how many messages that sender sent you. The send time and the count are free. The first letter and the username yes or no are paid with Telegram Stars, or come with Pro.

Can I stop a specific person from messaging me?

Yes — the Block button on any message silently drops all future messages from that sender, with no notice to them.

Where do I get my personal link to share?

Run /link in a DM with the bot, or /start if you haven't set one up yet.

What's the free reply limit?

10 private replies (quota counts replied-to messages received in the past 24 hours). Public answers are not counted. /pro removes the cap and adds sender hints. It costs 49 Stars a month or 150 Stars once.

Does my link show my Telegram account id?

No. The link the bot shows you holds a random 7-character code. With /url you can add a link with a name you choose. A link that you posted before 2026-10-12 has the old form with the account id and still works; replace it if you do not want the id in it.

Can I get photos or voice messages?

No. The bot takes text only, 1,000 characters for one message.
