How do I log an expense?
Send the bot a private message that starts with a number, like "12.50 coffee". The number is the amount, and the rest is a note that the bot uses to guess a category.
What happens when I hit my /budget cap?
The bot alerts you when the month's total crosses 80% of the cap, and again at 100%. You can still log after that.
Can I use it without adding the bot?
Yes. Type @BudgetLogBot 12.50 coffee in any chat to see the parsed amount and category. Nothing is saved until you message the bot directly.
