A draw you can repeat, step by step
The tool makes a 16-byte seed with crypto.getRandomValues. It turns the seed into a stream of numbers: block k is SHA-256(seed ‖ k), read as 32-bit numbers.
It then shuffles the list from the last entry to the first (Fisher-Yates). The first entries it places are the winners, in order. Numbers that would favor some entries are skipped, so every entry has the same chance.
Same list + same seed + same number of winners = same winners. That is what “Re-run a draw” checks.
The honest limit
A seed made at draw time proves the winners follow from the list. It does not prove the organizer drew only once. For that, the seed's hash must be public before the draw.
Giveaway Draw does this in Telegram: the giveaway post shows the sha256 hash of the seed from the start, and the result post shows the seed.

Is this giveaway picker free?
Yes. No account, no sign-up and no limit on draws. You can pick up to 100 winners from one list.
How does it pick a random winner?
It makes a new random seed with your browser's secure random numbers (crypto.getRandomValues). From that seed it shuffles the list and takes the winners from the shuffle. Every entry has the same chance.
How can people check the draw?
Post the result with its seed and time. Anyone can paste the same list and the seed into “Re-run a draw from its seed” and get the same winners. The list fingerprint (SHA-256) shows that the list did not change.
Does this prove that the organizer drew only once?
No, and no web picker can prove that alone. The seed is made at the moment of the draw. To prove a single draw, the seed's hash must be public before entries close. Giveaway Draw does exactly that in Telegram: the giveaway post shows the sha256 hash of the seed from the start.
How are duplicates removed?
With “Remove duplicates” on, two lines count as the same if they match after trimming spaces and ignoring upper and lower case. The first one stays. “@anna” and “anna” are still two different entries.
Is my list uploaded?
No. The draw runs in your browser. Nothing you paste leaves this page.
